ELL_LIB is a Fortran library for performing basic geometric operations on ellipsoids. The algorithms used are described in the "Algorithms for Ellipsoids" by S.B. Pope, Cornell University Report FDA 08-01 (2008).

The ELL_LIB software may be downloaded and used for non-commercial academic and governmewnt research. It may not be re-distributed. In publications based on the use of this implementation, we request that, in addition to the above report, you also reference this website, i.e., "ELL_LIB: A Fortran library for ellipsoids", S.B.
